Summerton Homes is proud to provide a one-year limited warranty. In addition, Summerton Homes maintains full compliance with the new California Construction Defect Law. This provides our buyers up to ten years protection on definable construction defects.

 

Summerton Homes award winning warranty service program provides unprecedented after-sales attention to our home owners. We also subscribe to the services of Home Address, Inc., a customer service consulting firm serving the home building industry. This company is operated by Carol Smith, whose reputation in our industry is respected nationwide.

 

Our program includes the following:

  • Pre-construction consultation
  • Inspection during and after construction
  • Home demonstration to the buyer
  • Follow up inspections at sixty days and one year after move-in

In addition, our warranty service representatives are available at any time to inspect and advise regarding homeowner concerns, even after the warranty has expired.
